A successful workplace transformation starts with listening 👂

Before redesigning IRT Group’s workplace, we worked closely with their team to understand their people, culture and business needs. Employee insights and workplace data helped shape the strategy and design, including creating energy zones for social interaction and collaboration, touchdown spaces and open workspaces, as well as quieter areas for focused work.

Through thoughtful change management, we also prepared employees for the transition, supporting the adoption of new ways of working and strengthening connection across the organisation.

Because creating a great workplace is about more than the physical space. It’s about creating an environment where people can thrive now and into the future.

The Great Escape has taken entertainment to the next level with its new Melbourne venue 🗝️⛳ 🕹️

Taking over a 1,240sqm floor at 525 Flinders Street, the new space brings together escape rooms, mini golf, an arcade, a bar and lounge areas in one immersive destination.

Working with our design partner, ChadandWick, we delivered the turnkey fitout for Vicland Property Group, transforming an empty floor into a venue ready to open its doors.

We’re proud to have partnered with IRT to transform their existing workplace into an environment that better supports their people, culture and purpose.

After more than 15 years in the same workplace, IRT recognised the opportunity to rethink how their environment could better support their teams and the important work they do every day. Through workplace strategy, design, technology, change management and construction, we worked closely with IRT to create a space that encourages connection, collaboration and more effective ways of working.

By reimagining their existing tenancy rather than relocating, the project focused on making thoughtful improvements that support their people and help IRT continue delivering meaningful services to their community.

Working with Kyko Group at 99 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, we built upon the established design language from our previous fitouts within the building to create speculative suites that feel naturally connected to the wider workplace experience.

A refined palette of warm timber, brass accents and acoustic panelling brings warmth, sophistication and consistency throughout the spaces, ensuring each tenancy feels premium while remaining flexible enough to suit a diverse range of future occupants.

When your client builds high-end homes for a living, they know what good looks like.

Mazzei has built its reputation on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. As the business continues to grow, they wanted a workplace that carried the same considered approach into their own working environment.

Working alongside Made For, we brought the design intent through to completion in just 12 weeks, with detailed joinery, integrated lighting and a refined material palette carried consistently from the front of house through to the meeting spaces.

Following the success of our previous speculative suites at 99 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, we partnered with Kyko once again to create a new collection of premium workplace tenancies designed to strengthen the building’s leasing appeal.

Building on the existing design language, the new suites feature warm timber tones, brass detailing and acoustic panelling, creating a consistent experience throughout the building.

The spaces are sophisticated, flexible and ready to welcome a wide range of future tenants.

Dexion Victoria’s workplace is the product of a company understanding the needs of its people and investing in the experience of being there. 

The focus was simple: create a space people want to return to.

That meant designing more than just an office. It was about creating a workplace that supports focused work, encourages connection and provides spaces to step away, recharge and collaborate. Every detail, from the shared amenities to the everyday experience, was considered with people in mind.
