A great moment of recognition for one of our projects ✨

Our Gilchrist Connell Melbourne workplace project has been featured on Office Snapshots.

Designed to support flexibility, connection and a seamless employee and client experience, the workplace balances sophisticated front-of-house spaces with collaborative breakout areas and adaptable meeting environments. Every space was carefully considered to reflect Gilchrist Connell’s people-first culture and support the evolving ways their teams connect and work together.

A milestone moment for our long-standing partnership with Savills Investment Management ✨

What began with the refurbishment of the first 3 tenancies across half a floor in Mascot has progressively evolved over time, as we continued delivering new workplace spaces with each successful lease.

Now, with the two final tenancies officially leased, it marks the completion of a full-floor transformation designed to attract and support modern businesses.

It’s been a rewarding journey helping shape a workplace level that balances flexibility, functionality and strong design appeal throughout every stage.

Can’t get over this space ✨

Harry the hirer’s workplace is designed as an experience from the moment you step inside. LED-wrapped zones, dramatic lighting and layered spatial moments create an environment that feels more like a live production than an office.

For a company known for delivering bold, high-impact events, the space needed to reflect that same level of creativity and technical precision. Every detail is designed to immerse the team in the kind of thinking they bring to their clients every day.

Built to keep up with the way the team actually works.

As the day shifts, so does the way the space is used. Front-of-house, meeting and breakout areas connect and open up to each other, giving the team the freedom to adjust and reshape the space as needed, whether it’s for focused work, collaboration or client moments.

Designed in partnership with , ’s Melbourne workplace draws on the logic of battery systems, modular offices arranged along a central spine, each operating independently while collectively powering the space ⚡️

Every element plays a role:
✔️ Translucent partitions allowing light to move through the floorplate and creating a continuous sense of flow and connection
✔️ Tiered seating bringing people together for collaboration and presentations
✔️ A dedicated library designed for quiet, focused work, enabling the team to shift seamlessly between different modes throughout the day

Built with precision, the space is designed to support growth, adaptability and the people driving Australia’s energy transition forward.

The beginning of a new chapter with Gilchrist Connell ✨

For Gilchrist Connell’s new Melbourne workplace, the focus wasn’t just on how it looks, but how it feels to move through it day to day. From a warm, welcoming arrival that matches the materiality of the 530 Collins St lobby, through to calm, focused work areas, each space connects naturally, supporting both focused work and client moments.

It’s a workplace shaped around people with consideration to flexibility and built to evolve as the team grows.

This is the first of many projects with Gilchrist Connell, with more to come.

A workplace inspired by the very technology it supports ⚡

For Akaysha Energy, a leader in Australia’s energy transition, the brief was to move beyond the traditional office and create a space that reflects clarity, momentum and purpose.

Inspired by the concept of a battery, the workplace is organised as modular offices along a central spine with independent elements working together to power the space. Translucent walls allow light to flow across the floorplate, reinforcing movement and connection throughout the environment.

We still can’t get over how incredible this space is ✨

A workplace should do more than house a team, it should express a brand and energise the people behind it. Nothing captures this more than Harry the hirer’s new workspace.

From the immersive LED-wrapped breakout space that feels like stepping into a live production, to the soaring multi-level atrium connecting each level, the environment unfolds as a choreography of experiences. Through layered spatial moments and theatrical lighting, the Harry The Hirer brand doesn’t just live here - it takes centre stage!

As a design-led event agency, their team thrives on pushing the boundaries of technology and experience. Their workplace now reflects that same ambition, immersing the team in an environment that inspires bigger, bolder ideas every day.

Leveraging our strong partnership with .black.design, we reimagined an underutilised floor plate as a contemporary speculative suite designed to inspire future tenants from the moment they walk through the door. Layered textures, soft greens and refined detailing create a workplace that feels warm, intuitive and ready to perform, while strengthening the building’s leasing appeal.

In this suite, open work areas sit alongside enclosed meeting rooms and quiet focus spaces, carefully planned to maximise natural light and provide genuine choice. The environment supports collaboration and concentration in equal measure, offering a workspace that feels effortless to use and easy to make your own.

When a residential design and build company designs their own workplace, expectations are high - and every detail matters.

For Carter Grange (), their new office needed to deliver two core functions:
👥 Supporting their people day to day
🏠 Giving clients a tangible sense of the craftsmanship behind their homes

Designed in close collaboration with Made For () and built with the same care Carter Grange applies to their projects, the space balances calm functionality with refined detail, supporting focus, collaboration and meaningful client engagement.

More than a workplace, the space operates as a living showroom where materials, finishes and detailing can be experienced first-hand. Take a closer look: link in bio 🔗
