After a few iterations, I’m finally happy with the end result and we’re officially moving into production.

Last night I had to cook this massive steak…
So I improvised.

Used another Yahgan as a lid — and suddenly it turned into a little oven.

Perfect crust.
Even cook.
Unreal flavour.

That steak didn’t stand a chance 🤤

900°F+/500C

Nitrided Carbon steel doesn’t flinch.

Roasted capsicum with proper char and sweet, smoky depth.

One pan. 🍳

We’re testing a leather handle sleeve for those who prefer a softer, warmer grip over bare steel — similar to what many cast iron cooks.. Available maybe as an accessory
