Project Complete! 🏢✈️

Flight Centre Australia's Sydney headquarters has officially opened at 100 Arthur Street, North Sydney!

Spanning levels 11, 12 and 17, this multi-level workplace includes over 4,000 sqm of modern office space, with each floor tailor-made to suit the needs of the different teams that will occupy it. Level 11 brings a youthful, energetic feel, featuring a large breakout kitchen, games areas and flexible training spaces designed to encourage collaboration and learning.

Level 12 serves as the primary work floor, organised around a “village culture” approach with team-based seating, meeting rooms and quiet zones that support both focused work and collaboration. Finally, Level 17 provides the most formal corporate setting, retaining the well-received design of a pre-existing fitout while adding subtle brand details as well as meeting rooms, workstations and modular seating arrangements.

Project Complete!

In collaboration with Property Group Sheldon has just wrapped construction on a luxurious full-floor speculative suite at 207 Kent Street.

With expansive city views on every side, this workplace was designed with a boutique sensibility and a warm, radiant palette, comfortably accommodating over 100 employees. From the lift arrival, visitors are welcomed into an elevated front-of-house area, while reflective finishes help draw natural light throughout the entire floor.

The suite includes a generous kitchen and breakout hub with banquette seating, alongside multiple meeting rooms, collaborative zones and quieter retreat areas, creating a cohesive full-floor workplace perfectly suited to a larger scale tenant.

Project Complete 🏛️

In partnership with CapitaLand Sheldon Interiors has delivered six distinct speculative suites within the newly completed MQX4 building in the heart of Macquarie Park.

Kicking off the series with Suite 5.01, a 276 sqm workspace that balances industrial elements with natural materials. Exposed concrete, brushed chrome and steel are layered with natural stone, oak timber, tan leather and chocolate toned velvet to create a tactile, visually dynamic workfloor that is still grounded within an urban context.

Key features include an airy collaborative zone positioned on the workfloor and a statement kitchen that anchors the suite. A natural stone island with hammered metal detailing sits at the centre of the kitchen, paired with light and dark timber finishes. Stone benchtops, chrome fittings and feature lighting add the final touches.

Project complete! Global technology company office design and construction.

We kick off a series of fitouts at CapitaLand's MQX development with a bespoke fitout for a global technology manufacturer, a warm and inviting space with a range of space types. Guided by its green palette, soft lighting, and intimate atmosphere, the office stands as a statement of commitment to its staff's wellness, productivity, and community.
