I was inspired in candles all my life, it started as a hobby collecting candles from all over the world and then went into beginning a new business when I had my beautiful daughter Suri. The combination of my love of candles and the realization of just how much I wanted to spend all day, every day with my daughter and not miss a moment, led me to create a platform to have the best of both worlds.
I set out to source a natural wax as I only want the best for my family and for my customers. I discovered some of the cheaper candles available are made of paraffin wax or a paraffin blend. Paraffin wax is a petroleum waste by-product created when crude oil is refined into gasoline. My research brought me to the highest quality of eco soy wax which is 100% vegetable, made with pure soybean oil. Soy wax burns longer than paraffin and also burns cleaner, no black soot. To complement the natural soy wax I have chosen wicks made of all natural fibers (no lead or other harmful metals) and the wood wicks are made from a soft wood sourced from sustainable forests, naturally grown, no chemical treatments.
