EPOXY RESIN FLOORING INSTALLER – JUNIOR POSITION – ALL TRAINING PROVIDED

This position involves assisting our Tradesmen along with gaining the knowledge and skills required to install epoxy resin floor coatings and acrylic sports coatings.
We are a locally owned and family run business operating for over 15 years.
All training for this position is provided on the job with the added advantage of attending external training programs offered by our key supplier.

Requirements of the Applicant:
• Current driver’s license and a reliable car.
• NSW White Card (Construction) or willing to do the course.
• Early starts and must be available to work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
• Must be willing and available to travel out of town, with the possibility of overnight stays.

• Has the ability to follow direction and the willingness to learn with a strong work ethic.

• Friendly personality.

Duties will Include (but not limited to):
• Floor preparation, Concrete Grinding, Levelling & Polishing.
• The Mixing of Floor Coating Materials.
• The Application of Floor Coating Materials and Decorative Media (flake and slip-resistant additives).
• Clean up and neat presentation of the job site upon install completion.

Background knowledge or any relative experience in the Painting Industry would be an advantage, however all training will be provided for this position.

This is a Casual Position with the potential to be full time should the successful applicant be suited to the job.
A 3-month probation/trial period applies to this job.
