Spring is here. New in store.

Today’s post is an insight to not only my small business but other Tenterfield businesses. We have a property 70kms west of Tenterfield. 100ml of rain since October last year. At least 12 other local businesses have working properties. Your local dress shop, butchers, deli, stock and station agent, country clothing store, mechanic shop and so many more. This week I was on the road buying stock for my store, in the wool shed at home for shearing, back to the shop today for the weekend and back on the road next week purchasing more beautiful items for the shop. This comes at a cost, my husband and family see much less of me and do so much more at home, I try and help in times such as these, as do other small businesses who have to work extra hard to help in difficult times on their properties.

Each item that comes into my store has a story to tell and each wonderful customer also has a story to tell. Know that every dollar spent in a small town is appreciated as small businesses need your support.
