Today’s moments - we had a few today, but here is just one.
New customer today who has never been fitted before, her comment “I should’ve done this years ago”
Her story: customer had breast cancer in 2003 - had a lumpectomy which made her breast quite a bit smaller than the other one. This was causing her clothes to sit to one side and just simply not fit properly.
For us this was an easy solution. She was fitted with a prosthesis with removable wadding to suit her fullness and even her breast out. Also fitted with a beautifully fitted bra.
Another surprise to our customer was letting her know that Medicare will fully reimburse her the cost of the prosthesis, and she is entitled to a new one every two years.
Our new customer walked out even and no longer lop sided also feeling very comfortable.
