We had the most delicious homemade Bahn Mii last night!!

Didn’t have time to make the crusty rolls but I do believe it would have taken them to the next level 😍

But I used Thermi to thickly grate the carrot 🥕 for pickling & used my new Thermomix Sensor to monitor the temperature of the Roast Chicken & Crispy Pork Belly while they cooked in the air fryer!!

Definite winners in our house this week 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

New Varoma Ramekins arrived yesterday so we had to test them out with the Chocolate Lava Cake Puddings for dessert last night ✨

Tonight we made Dumplings 🥟 we minced the Pork Fillet & added the vegetable filling, rolled them all & steamed them on top of the thermomix before a quick pan fry for the crispy deliciousness that we love ❤️

They were so good & we have another 50+ went into the freezer for future meals.
