I am absolutely tickled pink to have been awarded Best Soft Furnishings in last nights Top 50 rooms award ceremony ✨ While I love every aspect of interior design, it feels especially fitting that my first award is for soft furnishings. My design journey began in fabrics at Boyac, and I can’t help but imagine my former boss, Humbert de Lambilly — now back in France — offering one of his cheeky smiles at how far a very naïve 19-year-old with nothing but a love of interiors has come.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without my incredible team, suppliers, and trades. I want to especially acknowledge George and his family , who have worked side by side with me on this craft since I started my business 13 years ago (and beyond that). Their unwavering commitment to quality and perfection has given me the confidence and pride to carry this part of my projects with ease. I hope they feel the same sense of achievement in knowing this award belongs as much to them as it does to me.
A heartfelt thank you also to my upholsterers — Matt Howe, David Bowen and Jai Jai — for their patience and mastery in embracing my insistence on old-school methods that deliver both longevity and high-end comfort and details. Their skill and dedication shine through in every piece.
