Do you use your modes on your TM6 or TM7? Do you have a favourite?
I would say my most used is the pre-clean mode šbut my favourite is probably the thickener mode!
Those that know me well, know that I LOVE hollandaise sauce!
Before I had a Thermomix I never even attempted to make it⦠it just seemed too hard! Now it is so easy! And soooo much better than the bottle stuff that cafés are charging an arm and leg for!
I love that with the thickener mode you just throw all the ingredients in and set temp (flour as thickener set 100°C, egg as thickener set 80°C) and it intuitively knows how long it needs to be the perfect consistency! Just think how easy it is to create sauces, gravy, BĆ©chamel, curds and custards š¤¤
So which of these are thermie made and which are ones Iāve purchased at a cafĆ©? Which did I make? A or B?
