The new Thermomix Cutter is so good - a brilliant addition!
Shredding cabbage - a cinch!
Preparing vegies for warming winter soups - wonderful!
Slicing potatoes for potato bake - a breeze!!
So much more yet to be trialled.
But, speaking of trials, NEVER, NEVER ever forget to remove the cutter shaft before chopping onions (or anything) in the mixing bowl... The shaft will not survive the impact, as I -😓😔😱- discovered yesterday evening.
Chopped, grated, minced shaft... well, you can inmagine and add your own ending!

Hi to my friends and followers in Thermomix Land! You will have noticed the lack of new posts on this site... Although I love my Thermomix and use it from 5 or so to zero times on any given day, both to find and cook recipes from Cookidoo, and to experiment with variations and even recipes from totally different sources (or out of my head), my Consultant days have come to an end! It was fun while it lasted and I made quite a lot of friends.
I may post a photo, a recipe, an idea or a challenge from time to time.
Have fun with your Thermie - explore, experiment, enjoy!
