Gallery Open: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 10am-3pm Clubrooms were set up at a small former scout hall at Drayton.

The Darling Downs Potters’ Club is a not-for-profit organisation providing fellowship, workshop facilities and gallery for potters and artisans from the Darling Downs region. The Darling Downs Potters’ Club was formed in 1972 by the first graduates of Toowoomba TAFE's Studio Ceramics course. In 1979, with the help of a grant from the Queensland Treasury Department, the club moved to premises on the corner of Herries & West Streets, Toowoomba, where it has remained to this day. The building was named The Potters’ Gallery and the club became incorporated in 1980. Pottery classes for adults are held several times a year and members exhibitions are held throughout the year.

Our final photos from the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers activity series! 🌸🐛 Over two weekends, we had hundreds of people come through and either paint their own garden bloom or critter, or glaze their very own mug. The variety is designs, colours, and patterns we saw was incredible and we think everyone did a fabulous job. Can you see your creation from our second weekend of decorating?

We love the glaze-your-own mugs sooooo much 😍 🪿 One of our Carnival of Flowers activities for two weekends only, you can glaze your own mug and we fire it for you. How stunning are these creations! Which is your favourite? 💫🌸

Can you spot your creation? 🌸🐛 What a weekend!! We are so grateful and overwhelmed to the response we’ve had to this activity. 💫🙏🏼 We had a jam-packed four days of paint-your-own garden bloom or critter, with over 300 painted! We’re back next weekend with more blooms and critters (our elves have been busy making more for you to paint), so come along 1-4 October 10am-3pm. We can’t wait to see you there 💫

We’ve absolutely loved seeing everyone’s creations over the past three days, and the good news is we’re back tomorrow 10am-3pm! Come along and paint a flower, heart, garden critter, and more with us 🐛 during this years Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers
