Fantastic Physio Led class with Callie Scot from Inform Physio and my Senior Ballet girls.

Tonight we worked on foot and turnout strengthening exercises to increase strength for Pointe dancing and maintain turnout.
Strength in the feet and ankles are also very important factors in avoiding any nasty injuries too!

The girls worked hard and learnt so much!

We are planning to do another class with Callie next term!

A huge thank you to Callie and Inform Physio! 😊
