All suspects are considered extremely delicious and should be approached with an empty stomach.

What started as a quick pit stop turned into a lovely chat, a couple of sourdough loaves, and (of course) a coffee from what we think is the best coffee spot in Urbenville! at least the top two. ☕🥖

We were delighted to welcome Susanna Freymark, Editor of The Indy
Richmond Valley & Kyogle News. Susanna spent some time learning about The Hub, chatting about its history, the wonderful stallholders who call it home, and the journey that has made The Hub such a special part of our community.

Well folks, after a big week of wrangling Cowboy Cookies, wrestling Garlic Butter Focaccia, and trying not to dive headfirst into a pot of Pumpkin Soup 😋, I’m keeping things a little more down-home this weekend!

the trusty workhorse of the bread world.

only a small batch, so these beauties may disappear faster than a cowboy at bill-paying time.

simple, classic, and downright delicious.

🧄 Garlic Butter Focaccia
because there’s no such thing as too much garlic (and if there is, we’re choosing to ignore it).

🤠🍪 Cowboy Cookies limited supply! Packed with pecans, chocolate chips, and coconut. They’re rough, tough, and ready to tumbleweed straight off the table.

So hitch up the wagon, grab your shopping bags, and mosey on over before the cookies ride off into the sunset and the bread herd gets rounded up by everyone else!

🥖😂 The Sourdough Lady has spoken…

“Sorry, I’m up to my eyeballs in dough!” and judging by this weekend’s lineup, we believe her! Somewhere beneath a mountain of flour, bubbling sourdough starters, and flying chocolate chips, she’s been busy creating another delicious batch of goodies for The Hub.

This weekend you’ll find Organic White, Organic Wholemeal, Apricot & Fruit Loaf, fluffy Focaccia with Organic Sea Salt & Rosemary, and a cheeky Cinnamon Bun Focaccia slathered in cream cheese frosting. And because apparently sleep is optional when you’re knee-deep in dough, she’s also whipped up a batch of Triple Choc Chip Sourdough Cookies packed with melty chocolate goodness.

If you hear muffled cries of “just one more loaf!” coming from behind a pile of proving baskets, don’t worry — that’s just our sourdough lady doing what she does best. Get in quick before these baked beauties disappear faster than flour on a baker’s apron! 🍞🍪✨
