Cake Decorating / Airbrush classes

Enjoy creating your own inspired sugarcraft and flowers and colour them using your preferred medium or you can use my airbrush in class. I will teach you how to create sugar flowers and colour them to bring them to life. You can also use the airbrush to colour your cake using the new range of pearl, silver, gold etc colours to create a stunning cake. I also teach Icing cakes with fondant to give you a smooth finish and hen help you decorate for your next celebration. I set out a class project for everyone to create or if you advise prior to class if you need to create your own project for an up and coming function.. Monday 1.00 pm to 3.00pm

It’s time for another term of beautiful sugar flowers, new techniques, creativity and plenty of lovely company along the way.
