Each day, one style of posy is created in three different sizes with the prettiest and freshest florals we can source from local and Australian growers, and hand delivered on the same day around Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the Central Coast. One style of market bunch is also available, which features one flower type en masse. DELIVERY

Posy and market bunch designs change daily and pictures will be sent out at 6.30pm the night before to our e-newsletter subscribers and posted on Facebook and Instagram. These deliveries are created and sent Monday through to Saturday. All orders need to be ordered by 11.30am for same day delivery. Flowers can also pre-ordered at any time, for any future date to avoid missing out. Delivery times
12pm - 3pm for schools
12pm - 5pm for commercial addresses
12pm - 6pm for residential addresses

Coral peonies are here!

And if you know, you know.

The first coral peony of the season is like a signal. You see it and you just know what’s coming next. The deep reds and burgundies. Then the whites. Then the most delicious pinks.

October and November are the best months, because it means PEONIES.

But here’s the thing I love most about them.

It’s not the opening.

Everyone loves the opening. They arrive as tight little buds and you just watch them unfold. Petal by petal. Day by day. It’s magic, genuinely.

But my favourite moment?

The moment before death.

When a coral peony starts to fade it turns this pale, almost lemony colour. Nearly white. Then the petals start to drop one by one and just sit next to the vase.

And it’s honestly just as beautiful as the opening.

Maybe more.

But...

You can miss it completely.

We’re all so busy. One day you walk past and the peony is this glorious pale yellow and you think, how did you even get there? And the next day it’s gone.

Flowers do this to me constantly. They remind me to slow down. To actually stop and look. To notice the tiny things that are only there for a moment.

That moment before death on a coral peony? It lasts maybe a day. If you’re not looking you’ll throw it out before it gets there.

Don’t throw it out too soon.

And honestly, that’s why I love doing what we do at The Posy Post. Every posy that leaves our studio is a little reminder for someone to stop, slow down and notice something beautiful.

Coral peonies are only around for a few short weeks, so if you want some on your kitchen bench (or on someone else’s), now’s the time.

I think I started Flower Lovers Club for selfish reasons.😂

I turned 40. I wanted to slow down. And I realised I didn’t have any creative hobbies outside of work.

So I started playing with flowers. Just for fun.

No phone. No rushing. Just making something beautiful because it made me happy.

And it brought me so much joy that I thought — maybe other women want this too?

Turns out, they did.

Some wanted to learn a new skill. Some just loved flowers. Others wanted a little peace, connection and time for themselves.

And then our member Erin said:

“Being an adult is really f***ing tough and we forget to have fun.”

HAHA. Isn’t that the truth.

Because sometimes we just need something in our lives that has absolutely no purpose except to bring us joy.

And that’s exactly why Flower Lovers Club exists. 🌸

We’re welcoming 20 new members this October. We have 5 spots left.
