We are so thrilled that you loved the Sunshine Dolls Book as much as we did.
Our first delivery didn’t even make it a week in the shop before they sold but if you missed out we were able to source a few more copies and they are back on the website now (link in stories). We also have three different kits to make the Sunshine Cuddle Doll

The book includes beautifully illustrated clear step-by-step instructions, and complete patterns for 6 different dolls in different sizes and 30 patterns for clothing and accessories.

Today we had some new friends join us at Winterwood. These gorgeous creatures are from Sarah Peels Stitched with Kindness from the Luna Lapin Series.
They include my favourite Genevieve the amphibian Olympian. Our mums favourite, Sidney in his long johns and all round crowd pleasers Erik in his fabulous Duffle.

Another nighttime project finished. Sidney the donkey found his head tonight and now he’s waiting patiently for his pyjamas to be made.
This gorgeous pattern is from the newest in the Luna Lapin series “Stitched with Kindness” by Sarah Peel, available on our website.
His fluffy nose feet had hands has been made from our Teddy bio cotton and body from our bio dark beige felt.

Kit “testing” is all part of the job, right? Verity fell in love with the Sunflower Fairy immediately and she just had to make her.

We’ve had a very precious delivery today, a box filled to the brim all the way from in Belgium. There are some beautiful new kits that I know you are going to love.
We are also lucky enough to be stocking this incredible new book: The Sunshine Doll Making Book by Marjolein van Leeuwen and Conny Dekker. It’s beautifully illustrated and includes patterns for 6 dolls and 30 dolls clothes. There are companion kits available in 3 different colour combinations and Verity has already made two and is loving them.

We had an an amazing delivery this week of (not so basic) “basics” prints from The designs are delicate and bold at the same time allowing them to shine in their own projects or be a subtle lining for bags and dolls clothes. My favourite is Amanita Endless Stripes if anyone is curious and we also have some gorgeous new prints available which you can discover on our website, I highly recommend having a look if you like mushrooms (link in our stories) I’ll share them with you next week when I’m back from my sneaky long weekend 🍄
