Whipped up a quick batch of sausage rolls for lunches this last week.

I made 'hidden veg' and 'vegetarian' (which honestly taste like regular sausage rolls and you would never know the difference).

I particularly love the vegetarian ones for lunches so I dont have to worry about temperature control in school lunches.

Pizza dough whipped up in the Thermomix and cooked to perfection in my Ovana Pizza Oven.

Great meal to whip together in a pinch.

Some mashed potato was on the menu tonight, and when you dont even need to peel them yourself - you can't get better then that!

Espically good with these little potatoes we grew ourselves. The peeling function on the Thermomix acts by lightly grating the skins off the potatoes, which also means you don't lose as much during peeling 👌

1. Add peeler attachment
2. Add water and potatoes (I did 1kg potatoes and 800ml of water)
3. Set to 4 minutes and walk away

Done!

You can then follow your mashed potato recipe and your thermomix will cook, mix and mash all in one 😉

I'd honestly forgot how easy it is to make my own bread 🙈

And when you add your own home made butter to it, it doesnt get any better.

I did a little experiment - I made one multigrain loaf myself by adding my own seeds, and another using a multigrain flour from Coles. I was genuinely surprised when the first load came out better then the premade flour. I found it rose better and held it shape better when cut. It also cooked more evenly. Which is honestly a win because its cheaper to make.

I used the thermomumma multigrain jumbo loaf recipe and it takes such little time to make and prove. And both these loaves disappeared very quickly. Ill be making these each week along with a couple to pop in the freezer (pre cut).
