It’s been a while since I’ve posted and in fact, it’s been a while since I’ve spent any real time in the sewing room because our furbaby Mittens (19y 4mths) passed away from cancer in March. We knew it was coming and her health has been deteriorating for months but you’re never really ready.
It’s been really hard to find joy in the simple things so I’ve been concentrating on work and reading to get me through. But I am trying to make the effort to get back into it and I love these cozy cat patterns, so instead of cushion covers (which you can find on my Etsy page) I am making some canvas totes.
We shall see how we go!
