Parva Skincare

Parva Skincare From scratch and small batch botanical skincare and Beeswax Wraps Parva launched in 2015, offering organic small-batch skincare that is 100 per cent natural.

Parva (par.wa: little things) was born of the knowledge that ‘from little things, big things grow…’

Searching for a simpler more holistic take on life – and the products we use on our bodies – Kirsty, the creator of Parva, began creating organic skincare after the birth of her first son in 2012. Her research clearly showed that products made with fresh ingredients sourced from nature with no syn

thetic preservatives or additives provided not only safe, effective beauty products but helped safeguard our planet’s future. Sourcing local, ethically grown natural ingredients, Kirsty adds botanicals, wildflowers, medicinal herbs, spices and even weeds to her formulations, a handmade touch that is as rare as it is special. And her products are custom-made, which means alongside her bespoke range, Kirsty can formulate unique products especially suited to your skin. Parva beeswax wraps are also made by hand, using pre-loved vintage fabric and local honeybee wax. The versatility and sustainability of these wraps feed into Kirsty’s ethos, that DIY making and skills sharing is a form of activism and a way of taking more responsibility for ourselves and our planet. Kirsty shares her knowledge of low-impact living via a schedule of regular workshops in and around Sydney. You can keep up with her on Instagram and Facebook.

I’ve been very quiet on here, I’ve been here, reading & watching what’s happening in 🍉 & it feels insignificant to return to normal programming so you’ll mostly find me sharing things via stories. I’m getting ready to head to Sydney again for my first workshops of the year, sharing all my best tips on reducing our impact on our environment, it’s still so important for me to engage with you about the climate crisis & how we can do our bit so I’ll see you soon & , head to their event pages to sign up if you’re in area and keen!
