Spring blooms at lightning speed
A little bit like Spring- blink and you’ll miss it!
The pear trees are in full blossom and the sun is shining, such a beautiful morning picking and arranging these gorgeous flowers.

Can’t wait to see everyone at our Spring workshops over the next few weeks. We still have some spots available if you’re keen to join us for a morning on the farm 😊

There is something so special about growing your own beautiful blooms and creating a garden of any size to enjoy and share.

Join us for a morning in the garden and learn how to grow dahlias and cut flowers from seed with a hands on seed sowing session and a pick-your-own posey wander through the flower garden.

Take home your own dahlia seedling and flower seeds to jump start your flower garden along with your beautiful jar of Spring flowers.

Take a break, enjoy nature and join us on the farm.

It’s feeling like Spring in the flower garden already!
We have had some beautiful weather and it’s been such a joy to work out in the garden and listen to the bees and birds returning to enjoy the flowers.

Please message me if you’d like a bunch to enjoy or visit our website if you would like to spend a morning with us in the flower garden for our Spring workshops and take home your own jar of sunshine

For those beautiful flower lovers who are new to Fat Goose Farm- you can order flowers through our socials or contacts (on page) 7-days depending on availability. We sell our gorgeous blooms as mixed bunches and pick-up is from the farm-gate in Wedderburn. If possible please give us a days notice as we pick all our orders for the day bright and early!

Join us for a morning on the farm to celebrate the start of our flower season!

We are excited to be hosting our Spring workshops covering all there is to know about starting a flower garden and seed sowing for gorgeous summer blooms- including techniques on starting dahlias from seed, tuber planting & more!

Of course you’ll go home with an armful of goodies and have a wander through the Fat Goose Farm flower garden to harvest your own beautiful Spring posey jar.

Dahlia Florelie Antique- what an absolutely beautiful bloom. A stunning antique toned pink- peach dahlia with long strong stems .
Bred by the very talented Lorelie of along with so many other gorgeous varieties that make exceptional cut flowers.
We will have some tubers to share with you in Spring 🙌

Dahlia Salmon Joy is a stunning romantic salmon-pink pastel colour. This beautiful dahlia flowers from a large healthy plant and is a wonderful cut flower with a good vase life.
The second pic is a bucket of Salmon Joy and Devon Salmon- my favourite pinks and often one of the first picked at our pick-your-own events!
All our tubers are tucked away for a good rest before we plant out another beautiful dahlia field in Spring.
We will have tubers to share in Spring!

These snapdragons smell absolutely amazing! We have picked the first few bunches of stock and snaps for the season so it won’t be long now until we will be able to take your orders and share these gorgeous blooms with you!
Still loads to do though before the season kicks off… whoever said Winter was for rest was not a flower farmer and my back and coffee cup tell me otherwise 🤣💪

A popular large decorative dahlia with dusky and watermelon pink fading to a soft salmon with large frilly petals. One of the first dahlias I grew and will certainly be growing lots more. Love this one!
We’ll have Glenmarc Kim and lots more popular varieties available at our Spring sale.

Dahlia ‘West Coast’ has the most beautiful soft romantic blend of apricot, blush pink, peach and lavender undertones. I absolutely love this decorative dahlia and is used in soo many of our bunches due to its strong stems and gorgeous colour.
