Conditions provide clear procedures & expectations for both our business and you the customer and are essential in everyone working together peacefully. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions

✨ Once you comment SOLD we will contact you regarding payment

✨ Please make payment within 24hours, payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal and for AfterPay and YouPay purchase must be made via our website www.beachybluescrystals.com.au

✨ If we do not receive a response to our msg within 48hours the order will be cancelled

✨ Postage is $10 all over Australia unless specified otherwise

✨ Your order will be posted within 1-5 working days of payment clearing - we cannot send the order until the payment has cleared

✨ Delivery or contactless pick up is available

✨ Damaged in transit - unfortunately this can happen, please msg us immediately and send pics of the damaged item and we will replace or refund

✨ Refunds on change of mind items will not be given

✨ Crystals are naturally coloured and each have their own unique pattern. As natural materials their appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny cracks or different patterns as to which was photographed. We take pictures with natural or LED light and do our best to present the colour as best we can but it may not always be exact

✨ Insurance by Australia Post is optional & can be provided at an additional cost. We do not cover any items that are lost or stolen once the parcel is taken by Australia Post & we provide the tracking number which says delivered

✨ Any abusive or inappropriate communication whatsoever will not be tolerated and reported immediately
