A new destination in the heart of Fremantle. The Garde Hotel is a place shaped by its surroundings - grounded in port heritage, crafted with a deep respect for local identity, and designed to invite curiosity at every turn.

A collaboration between Foolscap Studio, Matthew Crawford Architects and Meyer Shircore, this new build celebrates the makers and artisans who define Fremantle’s character. Our team worked closely alongside the project to curate furniture selections rich in personality for the hotel’s hospitality spaces.

Inside, the Pedrali Jazz chair and stool and the Ton 14 Chair were chosen for their curvaceous form, comfort and warm, rich tones, paired with our NOROCK Lunar Tables. In the open courtyard, the Gandiablasco Onde outdoor dining table and Fermob Opera chairs sit beautifully against Fremantle's historic architecture and natural limestone.

Throughout the hotel's 83 rooms, our Innerspace Centro tables in custom powdercoats with Laminex Kalamata Red and Bluestone tops bring a considered sense of detail to every space.

Each year, Salone del Mobile offers a moment to step inside the thinking behind the world’s leading design brands.

This year, our Innerspace team travelled to Milan to experience it firsthand, alongside Conrad Lowry of Rothelowman. Together, we moved through showrooms, exhibitions and installations, spending time with many of the brands we represent, while also discovering new voices shaping the future of furniture and interiors.

It was a week defined by conversation, materiality and detail. From new collections to evolving design approaches, each encounter offered a deeper understanding of the processes and perspectives that inform the pieces we bring into our collection.

We return with a renewed sense of direction, and plenty of inspiration for the spaces we help create.
