T & Q Interior Solutions is a comprehensive residential and commercial interior renovation company in the Cooleman Court shopping centre. We provide multiple in-house services, giving us a competitive edge.

Our interior architects lead their projects from conceptualisation through to completion. The successful professional will be well-versed in providing interior design services consisting of complex 2D floor plans and elevations, 3D renders and realistic visualisations, design-fee proposals, client and supplier communication, detailed presentations, detailed costing, project management and trades management. Competency in Revit, Sketchup, Enscape and MS Office are preferred.

The ideal applicant shows a bright spark for renovation, exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly and warm nature. They are proactive in teaching junior designers, possess a strong team spirit and show exceptional enthusiasm and drive. They place high importance on innovation and thinking outside the box.

This position would suit an individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience. However, we welcome applications from all Interior Architects who fit the above description.
