01. Your wooden wick needs a little TLC.
Before relighting, gently remove the blackened, charred tip from your cooled wooden wick. This helps encourage a steadier flame and a more consistent burn.

02. Don’t let your candle tunnel.
Ever noticed wax building up around the edges? That’s called tunnelling. On your first burn, allow the wax to melt close to the edges of the vessel to encourage an even burn.

03. Location matters more than you think.
Keep your candle away from open windows, fans and draughts. Moving air can disrupt the flame and cause uneven burning.

04. Let your fragrance unfold.
Fragrance needs warmth and time to diffuse. As the melt pool develops, aromatic notes are gradually released, creating a more immersive scent experience.
