When the building's existing drainage couldn't keep a school renovation on schedule, the right pump made all the difference.

Arohanui School in West Auckland needed a new premises in Henderson — built on a former commercial site, with a ground floor renovation covering a student kitchen, staff kitchen, arts and crafts room, laundry, and accessible bathrooms.

The catch? The base building's gravity drainage was only ever designed for a fraction of the new floor plan, and the limitation wasn't found until construction was already underway.
