I’ve been meaning to make the Italian Ricotta Doughnuts with Citrus Curd for ages, but the thought of deep frying always put me off.
Well, today was the day... and honestly, it was an absolute breeze! 🙌
I'm so glad I finally gave them a go because they were a solid 10/10. In fact, my neighbour's teenager declared them "the best thing we've ever made!" 😍
Light, fluffy doughnuts paired with that beautiful citrus curd — they were worth every minute.
