Aunty Nat's Knits CUSTOM ORDERS WELCOME

Hand knitted one of a kind items including socks, shawls, garments for all the family from newborn to adult.

Custom orders taken – just contact me, either via a message or use the contact form and we can go from there. Ready made items are available from my Etsy shop : https://www.etsy.com/shop/AuntyNatsKnits

As much as I love knitting, this is something that I fit in around my day job and, due to other commitments, there may be times when I don’t have any items available. PAYMENT : Payment is required before items will be shipped and can be made by PayPal (preferred) or Direct Deposit. Layby is available if required - 20% deposit needed and regular payments. POSTAGE and PACKAGING : All items will be shipped through either Australia Post Click and Send with signature starting at $10.00 depending on the size of the parcel. This allows packages to be tracked and also covers packaging.

I had a bit of a tidy up,of my knitting space - aka the couch 🤣 - recently and found a couple of WIPs that I am planning to finish. First up is this ‘Celtic Myths’ shawl that, according to my Ravelry project page, I started back in 2020 🫣. It has a cabled border that takes a bit of concentration so I’m aiming to do a bit each day.

Over the last five years, the Australian fibre arts community has united to raise $186,000 AUD for breast cancer research.

This year let’s take one step closer to beating breast cancer! When you donate to the Knit for the Girls fundraiser from 24-31 October, you’ll be entered to win your share of 50 fibre-tastic prizes in our daily and grand prize draws. Breast cancer incidence is rising and deaths are increasing.

That’s why breast cancer isn’t done and we’re proud to support National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) through the Knit for the Girls Fundraiser this year. 🎗️🩷

It’s been a while since I’ve had a chance to sew anything on my industrial machine so made time this afternoon after finishing work early to get these two projects done – which have been hanging around for about four weeks. A Spencer Ogg Sewing Patterns ‘Hold it Right There’ pouch and a Zippy Clutch by Amy Butler Both made with canvas from Beck McArthur and leather.
