We live in the country. You never quite know what is going to happen!

We had a very small class today after country life got in the way for a couple of our ladies. Sometimes animals need you, and they come first. And sometimes, when you volunteer for an important charity and somebody else cannot make it, you are the one who steps up.

So, we missed them today, but they will be joining us for another class soon and we look forward to welcoming them.

Today, however, there were just three of us, and what a great time we had!

We were brave, we experimented and, in the words of Tristan from Doghead Designs , we trusted the process. 😂

I had a wonderful visit to on the weekend. I drew lots of inspiration from the surroundings; the colours and textures, the way the sunlight shone on a certain part of a stone or crystal. I especially loved the malachite, with its stunning green tones that look almost magical. There is so much to learn from nature. Getting my creative juices flowing.
