The Evolve team recently installed a new servery window at 🍔

Young Owen gave it a test run, picking up his regular Friday night burger and chips. We reckon Janet, Dave and the team make the best burgers going round!

The servery window was designed to be installed into the existing shopfront with minimal disruption to the frame.

Evolve was glad to get the call from PM2 for the window and glazing work on the Gisborne Library refurbishment. PM2 are overseeing the project, and this is a look at some of that install in progress, from the internal glazing through to the original street facing windows on Hamilton Street.

uPVC's real strength is range, hardware and configuration suited to what each room actually needs. The Northcote project shows it well, ventilation positioned where it gets used, privacy glass where a room calls for it, locking that holds up through daily use.

Evolve Windows enclosed this undercover outdoor area in Riddells Creek with double glazed windows, changing how the household uses the space day to day. What used to be a fair weather spot now holds up through the torrential rain Macedon Ranges has had recently, same roofline, same footprint, just enclosed instead of open to the elements.

A good example of adding genuine living space to a property in the Macedon Ranges without extending the house itself.

The Evolve Windows team was thrilled to deliver uPVC window and door upgrades throughout this beautiful Northcote home. uPVC is fast becoming the choice for upgrades for its superior performance and visual appeal, even in a period home like this, they are not only a stylistic match, it is stealing the show.

A rejuvenated household and a happy client, we couldn't ask for more.

This was an open undercover area before, roofline and brick piers, no enclosure at all. New windows and sliding doors have gone in turning it into a fully enclosed, all-weather room.

Genuine additional floor space added to the house, usable regardless of what the weather's doing outside.

Behind the scenes on the Gisborne Library project. Mark's on the tools fitting the black-framed glazing, and he's also running the job as project manager and client liaison.

Same person drilling in the frame is the one the client has been dealing with from quote to completion.

The choice stays yours.

Most window suppliers sell one material. Whatever they stock is what gets recommended, whether or not it's the right fit for the room.

Evolve stocks three: aluminium, uPVC and timber. A heritage sash window can be rebuilt in timber. A bushfire zone opening can go in BAL-rated aluminium. Same project, same install team, different material for what the job actually needs.

See all three side by side at the Woodend showroom before deciding.

Window upgrades at Gisborne Library, working alongside the site upgrades project managed by Projects & Maintenance Squared.

The building started as the Shire Offices, and the new black framed windows are set into the original masonry openings rather than a resized or reworked facade. Wide sills carried through on the inside, doing double duty as reading nooks along the street frontage.

We've worked with PM2 on several other local community projects, always a good collaboration.

Gisborne, Macedon Ranges.
