We've been quietly obsessed with green this winter.

It started with a few pieces from the new Madras Link range and somehow the whole table followed; the linen, the ceramics, the wood. There's something about green and natural timber together that just makes a table feel like it's been thought about. Everything you see here is in store now at Mort & Pestle in Woodend.

If you're putting a cake on the table this winter, these ribbed glass cloches are worth considering.

They've been a staple of European kitchen and dining culture for good reason, practical for keeping things fresh, and genuinely lovely to look at whether there's a cake underneath or not.
