I’ve had quite a few messages over the past few days, so I thought I’d answer some frequently asked questions for anyone who’s unsure about how my business works 🫶🏼

I don’t take orders every day or every week. Instead, I release bulk order drops every few weeks, each with a different menu of cookies, scrolls, brownies. This is because I do work another job that I have to balance this business with. I also want to keep it special for you guys and to really give enough time to make sure everything is up to standard for everyone. I always announce upcoming order dates and menu releases on my stories and social media posts, so keep an eye out for updates 🤎

I also want to say a huge thank you for all the support you’ve shown me. Whether you’re just a silent follower, cheering me on digitally, or ordering from me, it all means the world to me. Running a small business can be a lot at times, but your orders, messages, and encouragement genuinely keep me going.

🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 Today a lovely lady stopped by Dipped and surprised me with the most gorgeous bunch of flowers 🌸

I won’t go into detail or name her ( you know who you are ❤️ ), but I’ve been chatting with her daughter, who is also a business owner! She makes AMAZING cookies and she’s just an all round good human!

We are in completely different industries, but it was such a lovely reminder of how important it is to support one another!
I’m always happy to help where I can, share advice, or simply cheer other businesses on. There’s plenty of room for everyone! 🥰

What might seem like a small gesture absolutely made my day.
After we packed up, I sat in the car and had a little cry (happy tears, of course 🥹).

Moments like this remind me what business is really about. It’s not the sales, the queues, or the numbers. It’s the people. The conversations. The community.
The connections you make along the way.

Honestly, this is one of the biggest reasons I wanted to start Dipped. I missed the feeling of markets and events, meeting new people every week, and being part of something bigger than just a business.
