Christmas cards to write on my commute this morning.

These are a really simple, clean design with colours that I love. I’ve used Whimsical Trees stampset and a sentiment from Christmas to Remember on plain white notecards.

Here’s a very simple and effective birthday card design using a white card base and a die cut which has been inked up with different coloured inks using a sponge dauber.

I may have sent a few of these to some of my favourite people for their birthday. 🥰

Technique Tuesday - adding colour to die cuts

Turn a plain white die cut into something stunning using different coloured inks and a sponge dauber to apply colour just where you want it. You can achieve different shading depending on how much you ink up the dauber and the pressure you apply.

When do you put up your Christmas decorations?

Have you had your tree up for weeks, or are you strictly a Christmas Eve kind of a person?

The girls are super keen to put ours up and I usually stick to 1st December, but we will be doing our this weekend 🎄

Soooo little Miss 6 has to dress up circa 1900 for school on Wednesday. What am I to do?

If only I could make something out of ink, stamps and paper she’d be sorted but I may have to dig out the sewing machine for this one….😮
