A good morning spraying ruined by Yass valley wind so here’s a little yarn for you.

It’s ok to be raw and real and honest and honestly it’s been a weird ole few months, good but certainly testing.

A gloomy day off the buggy calls for computer work (feels weird doing it in day light hours and not 10pm at night)
A bit of reflection is happening too, sometimes I feel I’m not doing enough, for others, myself, in life in general.
I received a really beautiful message off a friend yesterday (I havnt written back yet - standard me) but it’s made me think a lot , I am enough , I am doing enough, I’m living a full purposeful life, being a great role model and support.
I guess my message to you is also ‘live it’, and while your living it don’t be so hard on yourself your killing it!

Time to sit. Time to listen. Time to laugh. Time to show up.

Today I got to spend some of mine with people I love, and with Max , a bloke giving an extraordinary amount of his time to walk 700,000 kms, one for every life lost to su***de.


We’re all busy. We’ve all got things to do and places to be. But sometimes the smallest thing we can give someone is the thing that matters most.

Our time.

Give it where you can. You never really know how much it might mean.

Yass-Moree-Tamworth-Mudgee-Yass .
3 days on the road, had a yarn at the westpac rescue helicopter charity ball at the Moree Race Club , got back on a ski for the first time since breaking my leg, at the Moree ski park, caught up with a mate and her bubs in Tamworth , stayed the night in Mudgee , showed Corinne frog rock before high tailing it to catch Dollar for Dusty on the road between gooloogong and Cowra what a legend!
