Seafood Chowder (Skinnymixers) and Turkish Flat Bread (Cookidoo)

Such a winner!

Time to restock the vegetable stock.

I went through the fridge before grocery day and found all of these dodgy bits and pieces.

Love that we can use what would typically be thrown away. Saving money.

Meat and chicken versions available as well.

They certainly lift the flavours of any meal.

Give it a go. This made two jars.

One of the reasons I love my Thermomix business is that it’s about so much more than cooking. It’s about connecting people and supporting our community.

I have the opportunity to donate a refurbished TM6 to a local community organisation, and I’d love your help finding the right home for it…

The successful organisation will receive a TM6 for their group, and I’ll also host a fun cooking experience for them with 10+ guests.

I’d love to support an organisation that will truly benefit from it—whether that’s preparing meals, supporting families, fundraising, teaching life skills, or bringing people together through food.

Who do you think deserves to be nominated?

I can’t wait to hear about the amazing organisations making a difference in our community. 💚

100% my favourite fakeaway

Bao buns

We are about to head away so fridge stock is low.

I love how we could put this together with the help of the Thermi and create a delicious pre game meal that everyone loved.

Chicken breast marinated in garlic and soy sauce then covered in flour before frying.

Bao buns using the Thermobliss recipe.
I didn’t do the fiddly baking paper thing this time, I just brushed a bit of oil on each bao before folding it to stop it sticking.

Definitely give it a go if you’re a fan. Easy and delicious.

Check out the difference in background thanks to ChatGPT. 😂
My greasy, she’s enjoyed her dinner kind of plate compared to the fancy black background and plate.
