🧈 Home made Butter 🧈

Most know me for making Slices, Puddings and Savouries but behind the scenes I'll pretty much have a go at anything.

This afternoon I've been busy in the kitchen turning 2L of Ashgrove Pure Cream into Home made Spreadable Butter.

I managed to get roughly 1,096g of Butter give or take the weight of the containers and 716g of Buttermilk that I'll use in Scones and some other things ☺️

Tonights tea called for home made bread, so I whipped some up and sat the dough in front of the fire to proof in a bread tin, into the oven and out came this beautiful loaf of bread!!
