We now understand what D stands for and it’s not just for your nickname Smeg Don. More accurately, the D stands for dependable.

There have been countless times over your 10 years with us where you have stepped in to help out clients and any of your colleagues and it’s rarely prompted by any of us asking. You just do it.

Just look at the manner which you joined this team. A year after the passing of Trivaun where we lost our way a bit and you quietly arrived and anchored the ship. We still remember that guy from the interview and it has been an honour to watch you grow.

We can go on and on with everything you bring to the table but most importantly, we want you to know how much we appreciate you. Thank you for your dedication and commitment. We are excited to watch this next chapter unfold.
