We're working hard to reduce wait times while keeping the quality you expect.
One small thing that helps us tremendously:
✅ Prepaid orders can be prepared before your collection time.
For most cash orders, we only begin preparing them if you have reached out to confirm collection via WhatsApp prior to your collection time. All other orders are commenced once you arrive.
Unfortunately, we've had too many instances where we spend time preparing orders for customers who don't show and we can't risk wasting premium ingredients.
This is our solution to reducing uncertainty and food waste, so we can serve everyone more efficiently.
