ARTWORKS TO SAVE THE PEOPLE

I will make some quick Digital Arts (Portraits) and the payments (minimum 200tk but you can add more if you'd like) will be donated to help the people affected by the flood currently. DM attaching your photo.

I'll be present at TSC tomorrow for making live digital arts also IDK how many can make. I'll work until my hand goes numb and my phone is switched off.

Distract Yourself From Self Destructive Behaviour

Instead of hurting yourself, hold an ice cube in hand and squeeze it.
Write on yourself with a red felt tip marker instead of cutting.
Draw faces of people you hate on ballons and then pop them.
Dig your fingurenails into your arm without breaking the skin.
Scream as loud as you can into a pillow.
Stick pins in a doll instead of hurting yourself.
Go for a long walk.
Cry.

Use all your destructive energy you feel in a positive way.

Evaluate: Ask yourself what's happening in this situation. ObObserve what is happening for you physically, mentally and emotionally.

Set an Intention: Target, goal or plan about what you're going to do.

Take Action: Put your plan into motion. Proceed mindfully.
