1. Always inbox photo of the desired product you’re willing to purchase or to know the price

2. To place an order- mention your “Full Name”, your “Phone Number” and your “Full Address”

3. Advance through BKASH is compulsory to place an order outside Dhaka. COD (cash on delivery) service is only applicable for customers inside Dhaka only. Or if a customer desires to place order and pay in advance (inside Dhaka), it has to be done via BKASH

4. Any BKASH TRANSACTION includes extra 2% BKASH CHARGE from the final amount

5. If you are in need of urgent delivery please mention us. Extra charges will be added and your product will reach you within 24 hours (if it is in stock) and if you are inside Dhaka.

6. Delivery Charge: Inside Dhaka basic delivery BDT 80/=, outside Dhaka basic delivery BDT 150.

7. Return Policy is applicable for damaged products only. Always make a video before opening the box. Check it in front of the delivery man. You can only return while receiving it. MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON. IF YOU DON'T, YOU CANNOT ASK FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. If the product is available in stock, we will replace it and if not, we will refund your money.

8. If you return a COD (Cash on Delivery) product without any reason you will be Banned from page.

9. You'll get your delivery within 3-5 working days outside Dhaka and 2-3 working days inside Dhaka.
