⚠️ FRAUD CUSTOMER ALERT ⚠️
A few days ago, we informed this customer that if the outstanding matter was not resolved and no proper response was received, we would publicly share our experience with the transaction.
Despite that warning, we continued to cooperate and gave her additional time to respond. We contacted her repeatedly through messages, explained the situation, and provided multiple opportunities to resolve the issue professionally.
Unfortunately, even after several follow-ups, she continued to view our messages without providing any meaningful response, clarification, or resolution.
The order had already been confirmed, an invoice had been issued, and order processing had been initiated based on her confirmation. However, after the process began, she attempted to alter the confirmed order and then failed to cooperate regarding payment and communication.
At this stage, we consider this behavior highly irresponsible and damaging to small businesses that invest time, effort, and resources based on customer confirmations.
For the sake of transparency and to help fellow sellers make informed decisions, we are sharing our experience along with the relevant screenshots.
We strongly encourage all sellers to exercise caution, especially when processing orders without advance payment for returning customers!
