অনেকেই জানেন আবার অনেকেই জানেন না।
পৌরসভা এপ্রোভাল শীট
আমরা যখন কোনো বাড়ির প্ল্যান করি , এবং এপ্রোভাল করতে চাই তখন আমাদের অনুমোদন ড্রয়িং এর দরকার পরে , নতুন ইঞ্জিনিয়ার এবং আর্কিটেক্ট যারা আছেন তাদের অনেকের ধারণা থাকে না কিভাবে এপ্রোভাল ড্রয়িং করবেন ! এবং কি কি ড্রয়িং দিতে হবে ! এপ্রোভাল এর ধারণা গুলো আপনারা পান তাই একটা স্যাম্পল ড্রয়িং দিয়ে দিচ্ছি যা আপনাদের উপকারে আসতে পারে।
পৌরসভার আওতাধীন কোন ভবন নির্মান করতে চাইলেই আপনি নির্মান করতে পারবেন না, যত বড়ই ইঞ্জিনিয়ার দ্বারা ড্রইং করান না কেন কাজে আসবেনা যদি কর্তিপক্ষের অনুমুতি না নেন।
চলুন জেনে নেই কি কি লাগবে-
প্রথমে আবেদন ফরমে আবেদন করতে হবে এবং সাথে ৭ কপি ড্রইং জমা দিতে হবে, তবে কোন কোন পৌরসভায় এর কম দিলেও হয়। ড্রইংগুলো ৩০"x২০" সাইজের এমোনিয়া শীট বা ট্রেসিং পেপারে (ব্লু প্রিন্ট ট্রেসিং পেপার সহ) জমা দিতে হয়।
একটি ড্রইং শীটে কি কি ড্রইং থাকতে হবে আসুন জেনে নেই-
১. ফ্লোর প্ল্যান
২. অন্যান্য ফ্লোরের প্লান
৩.সম্মুক্ষ বা ফ্রন্ট এলিভেশন
৪.লে-আউট প্ল্যান
৫.কলাম, বীম, ফাউন্ডেশনের সেকশন
৬.মোট কভার এরিয়া
৭.মৌজা ম্যাপ
৮. ভবনের ক্রস সেকশন
৯.সেপটিক ট্যাংক এবং সোক ওয়েলের প্লান ও সেকশন
১০.সিড়ির প্লান ও ডিটেইল
১১. ছাদের বিস্তারিত ড্রইং
১২. ছাদের পানি নিষ্কাশনের প্ল্যান
১৩. কলাম পজিশন বা কলাম লে-আউট
১৪. গ্রেড বীম ও সেকশন
১৫. ইলেকট্রিক ড্রইং
১৬. সেনেটারী ড্রইং (বহুতল ভবনের ক্ষেত্রে)
১৭. সেটব্যাক (অত্যন্ত জরুরী), নির্দিষ্ট পরিমানে ভবনের চারপাশের জমি ছেড়ে দেওয়াকে বুঝায়।
আনুষঙ্গিক কাগজ পত্র:
১. পেশাজীবী সংগঠনের সদস্যভুক্ত প্রকৌশলীর স্বীকৃতপত্র।
২ প্রকৌশলী পেশাজীবী সংগঠনের সদস্য নাম্বার ও সাক্ষর এবং সীলমোহর।
৩. মূল দলিলের ফটোকপি।
৪. দাগ নম্বর,খতিয়ান নম্বর ও মৌজার নাম।
৫. মালিকের সাক্ষর।
৬. মাটি পরিক্ষার রিপোর্ট (৩ তলার অধিক হলে)।
৭. জমির পরিমান ও তফসিল।
৮.নির্ধারিত ফি।
