সিলিকনের দিন শেষ! এবার স্মার্টফোন আর কম্পিউটারে চলবে বাংলাদেশের পাটের তৈরি ১০০ গুণ স্পিডের 'গ্রাফিন চিপ'! 🌿💻🇧🇩
পুরো বিশ্ব এখন এআই (AI) বা কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার পেছনে ছুটছে। কিন্তু এআই-এর সবচেয়ে বড় সমস্যা হলো, এর প্রসেসর বা সিলিকন চিপ খুব দ্রুত গরম হয়ে যায়। বিশ্ব খুঁজছিল সিলিকনের বিকল্প। আর সেই জাদুকরী সমাধান নিয়ে এলেন বাংলাদেশের বিজ্ঞানীরা!
ড. মোবারক আহমদ খানের নেতৃত্বে আমাদের সোনালী আঁশ (পাটের সেলুলোজ) থেকে তৈরি হচ্ছে বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে দামি উপাদান 'গ্রাফিন' (Graphene)। আর এই গ্রাফিন দিয়ে তৈরি সেমিকন্ডাক্টর চিপ বিশ্বকে তাক লাগিয়ে দিয়েছে!
কেন এটি প্রযুক্তির গেম চেঞ্জার?
✅ অবিশ্বাস্য গতি: গ্রাফিন চিপের ভেতর দিয়ে ইলেকট্রন সিলিকনের চেয়ে ১০০ থেকে ১৪০ গুণ দ্রুত চলতে পারে! অর্থাৎ ফোন বা কম্পিউটার হবে সুপারফাস্ট।
✅ তাপ নিয়ন্ত্রণ (No Heating): গ্রাফিন পৃথিবীর সেরা তাপ পরিবাহী। ফোন বা এআই সার্ভার আর গরম হয়ে হ্যাং করবে না।
✅ সস্তা ও পরিবেশবান্ধব: বিশ্বে গ্রাফিন তৈরি কোটি টাকার ব্যাপার। কিন্তু বাংলাদেশের পাট দিয়ে এটি তৈরি হচ্ছে একদম কম খরচে।
সরকার ২০৪১ সালের মধ্যে সেমিকন্ডাক্টর খাত থেকে ১০ বিলিয়ন ডলার আয়ের টার্গেট নিয়েছে। আমাদের পাট দিয়ে যদি এনভিডিয়া (NVIDIA) বা ইন্টেলের মতো কোম্পানির চিপ তৈরি হয়, তবে বাংলাদেশ হবে বিশ্বের নতুন 'সিলিকন ভ্যালি'!
আপনার মতে, আমাদের কি কাঁচা পাট রপ্তানি পুরোপুরি বন্ধ করে শুধু এই ধরনের হাই-টেক পণ্য বানানোর দিকে ফোকাস করা উচিত?
