#মায়ের_হাতের_মাটন_কারি

মাটন কারি কার না পছন্দ! নন-ভেজ খাবারের মধ্যে এটি অন্যতম জনপ্রিয় একটি খাবার। সাধারণত খাসির মাংস দিয়ে এই কারি বানানো হয়। বন্ধুরা, রেসিপিটি আমি শিখেছি আমার মায়ের কাছ থেকে। ছেলেবেলায় এই রেসিপিটি আমাদের সব ভাইবোনের অনেক প্রিয় ছিলো। আর আজ আমার সন্তানদের কাছেও এটি অনেক লোভনীয় একটি ডিশ। আর এই আইটেমটি রান্না করতে খাসীর প্রত্যেক অঙ্গের গোশত লাগে, লাগে কলিজা, গুর্দা, ফুসফুস এবং তিল্লি। এই মাংস কাটাও বেশ ঝক্কি-ঝামেলার। বেশ ছোট ছোট করে কাটতে হয়।
আমার মরহুম মায়ের প্রতি গভীর শ্রদ্ধার নিদর্শন স্বরূপ আসন্ন ঈদ উল আজহাকে সামনে রেখে আমার ইউটিউব চ্যানেল থেকে রেসিপিটি আপনাদের সামনে উপস্থাপন করেছি।
