📣 Vacancy Announcement 📣 Looking for An ARCHITECT !
This Position will drive lighting sales, develop project opportunities, and build strong relationships with architectural firms, interior designers, consultants, developers, and key clients across the target market.
📌 Key Responsibilities
📌Product Knowledge (Lighting Focus):
✓ Demonstrate strong knowledge of ambient, task, accent, decorative, and architectural lighting, including LED, smart, and dimmable solutions, and recommend suitable products based on project requirements.
✓ Provide architects, designers, and clients with technical and design guidance on color temperature, wattage, lumens, beam angles, energy efficiency, and lighting impact on space, ambience, and materials.
📌 Relationship Management and Client Acquisition:
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, hotels, resorts, and construction companies through regular visits, product presentations, and project follow-ups.
✓ Generate and develop project leads across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors while identifying new market opportunities and client segments.
✓ Support product selection, lighting layouts, sample coordination, and project-site activities while maintaining accurate CRM records and project reports.
📌 Project Coordination and Sales:
✓ Prepare project proposals, Bill of Quantities, quotations, and submissions while coordinating requirements for hospitality, corporate, and interior projects.
✓ Drive sales targets through strategic planning, consistent follow-up, and market development while monitoring project progress and resolving client concerns.
📌 Market Research & Competitor Analysis
✓ Monitor interior design and lighting trends, competitor products and pricing, and new market developments, while recommending relevant product ideas and improvements to management.
Reporting & Documentation
✓ Maintain accurate records of client visits, follow-ups, and project updates.
✓ Submit weekly business development reports and monthly sales performance summaries
Educational Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputed university
✓ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Interior Design, Real Estate
📌 Additional Requirements:
✓ 3 to 5 years’ experience in same field
✓ Basic knowledge of lighting layouts and fixture selection
✓ Ability to conduct product demonstrations and technical presentation
✓ Good Knowledge on Drawing Tools in various designing Software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite)

✓ Salary: Competitive Package
✓ Incentive: If Achieve target
✓ Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
✓ Festival Bonus: 1 Salary for Two festivals
✓ Lunch: Partially subsidised
