π Detailed Recipe:
π₯£ Ingredients:
β’ 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old rice)
β’ 200g chicken cubes
β’ 2 eggs
β’ 1 cup mixed veggies (carrot, peas, capsicum)
β’ 3 tbsp soy sauce
β’ 2 tbsp oil
β’ Spring onion for garnish
β’ Salt & black pepper to taste
β’ Optional: garlic, chili flakes, vinegar

1. Heat oil in a pan or wok and scramble eggs. Remove and keep aside.
2. Add chicken cubes and cook until golden and fully cooked.
3. Add veggies and stir fry on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add cooked rice and break any lumps gently.
5. Pour soy sauce, seasonings and mix everything well.
6. Add scrambled eggs back in.
7. Toss on high flame for smoky fried rice flavor.
8. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot π₯π
