Project Name "Luminous Nexus Building"
We named it a Bangla term also "দিশারী নেক্সাস টাওয়ার" Dishari Nexus Tower, "দিশারী" for a guiding light or beacon (বাতিঘর).
This is a an artistic rendering. A dreamy and scripted design.
The building is composed of a series of modular, cantilevered towers, each level distinct but offset. Tried to create these floating volumes which creates a dynamic rhythm, and each floor is designed uniquely, whether it’s for entertainment, living, or gathering so every part of the building offers its own experience.
The tower rises to about 182 feet, with 14 distinct floors, each carefully detailed. The primary structure is reinforced concrete, providing a solid core, while the exterior is a high-performance glass curtain wall, framed by slender steel and concrete elements. Inside, each floor is designed with flexible layouts entertainment lounges, open-plan living, and social hubs. The palette is minimalistic polished concrete floors, expansive glass, and warm wood accents. This combination creates a sense of openness and sophistication, while each floor’s interior is being developed to offer a unique entertainment or communal experience.
The garage is integrated into the podium level of the building, beneath the main structure. Based on the footprint, it can accommodate around 100 parking spaces. Each spot is designed with a smooth flow, wide lanes for easy access, and it’s all secured underground. This ensures that residents and guests have convenient and secure parking right there in the building.
