Shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week a RICH HOME TEXTILE. You’ll receive notification/call immediately after the order is confirmed and when it ships. For changes after an order has been placed, please call Customer Care at 01725969596. Please make sure to change after an order you have to confirm the next 24 hours. We accept only cash on delivery, b-Kash payment For outside of Dhaka when you confirmed our product we accept courier payment. It is more informing you that before confirmed any order please read the product details very carefully. Delivery Methods & Payments
The size and weight of your online purchase are factors that help us determine the most efficient delivery method. We deliver all our products by home delivery. the charge for inside Dhaka is 80 tk only but outside of Dhaka we also ensure the home delivery and the charges depend upon the quantity and weight of the product, After placing an order, you must be checked your product that is it OK or not. After that, no claim/argument will be accepted. By confirming any product online, we deliver our product within 1-2 days (inside Dhaka) 2-3 days (outside of Dhaka). if there any product return then the customer has to pay the full delivery charge by verbal confirmation.
