✅❇️পাটিসাপটা পিঠা বানাতে চালের গুড়ার সাথে কিছুটা ময়দা,সুজি,ও একটি ডিম দিয়ে বেটার বানান।পিঠা ভাঙ্গবে না বানাতে ও ভালো লাগবে খেতে ও ভালো লাগবে।

✅❇️চালের গুড়া বেশি করে ভাঙ্গিয়ে রোদে দিয়ে ভালো ভাবে শুকিয়ে এয়ার টাইট কৌটায় রেখে দিন। অনেক দিন ব্যাবহার করতে পারবেন।

টিপস:

লাল সর্ষের ঝাঁজ বেশি হয়। হলুদ সরষে বেশি ব্যবহার করলে তিতা হয় না। সরষে বাটার সময় লবণ আর কাঁচামরিচ একসঙ্গে বাটলে তিতা হয় না।

টিপস :

কিছু ভাজিতে কড়াইতে তেল গরম হলে, যা দিবেন তার সাথে সামান্য লবণ দিয়ে দিন তাতে তেলের ছিটকা উঠবে না।
