Job Notice: Sales and Marketing Officer

Euro-Bangla Ceramics Ltd. is a leading ceramic Sanitary-ware manufacturer and distributor with a strong presence in the market. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition to develop effective marketing strategies.
2. Sales Generation: Generate leads, approach potential clients, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with our product range and educate customers about the features and benefits of our products.
6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including sales forecasts and market analysis.
Educational Requirements:
To apply for this position, HSC level is considered as minimum educational qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is more appreciable.
Special Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing (with working experience certificate more than 2 years), preferably in the ceramics or construction materials industry will get more priority than others.
Additional Requirements:
Age 25 to 40 years.

Good interpersonal Skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
